25th which is Christmas day worldwide, we won’t celebrate only the birth of the
savior but the arrival of The Black Star Line’s project to project the
underground Hip Hop rappers to Ghana, Africa through US based Multi-Platinum Ghanaian
producer Coptic.
“The Rising
Stars Of GH Vol 1” will drop on Christmas day for free download online as Coptic’s
Christmas present to all Hip Hop lovers far and wide.
Besides special
appearances from GH’s finest Sarkodie, E.L, Samini, D Black, Trigmatic, Edem,
Jayso, ,Kwaw Kese and Black Prophet, the mixtape features upcoming Ghanaian
acts like JoeyB, Rumor, Selorm 3lah, J.O.E.L, HotJam, Gibril Da African,
Kromanteng, Greenfield, C-tso, Wild Fellas, Luke Lisn, Gibril Da African and WoodePecka
to name a few.
GH Billboard
topping producer Coptic handles most of the production and has already released
“Next Up” Ft C-Real, Ian Jazzi & 2Ras followed by the Abodam (Kwaw Kese)
featured “Shut Em Down”.
According to Coptic “The state of
Hip Hop in my homeland of GH reminds me of Hip Hop in America when it was not
all about the money, just the love for the music and culture. GH Hip Hop will
grow and become successful as well. “
