His mission is to bring back real talent over the airwaves and raise the bar for  the typical rapper. Unlike one-dimensional artists, Carty-Yeah can adapt to the  ever-changing trend of the music industry. His accomplishments include being  Cypher Champ on radio stations 92.3 Q Jamz for 12 weeks (Baltimore),  WKYS 93.9 for 7 months, and WPGC 95.5 for 2 months (both of  Washington D.C’s top urban radio stations). Other notable achievements  include winning the top prize at Nasir “Nas” Jones “One Mic” Rap Competition and also ghostwriting for signed artist. Carty-Yeah has been  featured in the February 09 issue of Ozone Magazine and was also recently  chosen by MTV and Ourstage.com as one of the Top 20 artist in Washington,  D.C. He is consistently releasing material via Internet to satisfy his strong and  loyal fan base. In December of 2010 Music Choice Debuted "Never Go  Down", a record where Carty-Yeah comically raps about a past relationship is  slowly sweeping across the country in 2011. Carty-Yeah is a rapper but writes
R&B as well but under the radar. With songs like "Hurry Up", "Cocoa Butter",  "She's Bad" and "Secrets", that really appeal to the opposite sex, Carty-Yeah is  very capable of establishing a place in the R&B realm, just as he is capable of  doing so in the world of Rap. Carty-Yeah is also known for delivering addictive  and harmonizing hooks that his fans and the world can relate and vibe to.  Carty-Yeah is a trendsetter that will ALWAYS maintain longevity.
