Felix Emoghene, better known by his stage name Peperonie, is an upcoming Nigerian singer-songwriter and rapper who is currently based in London, United Kingdom.

Early Life
Born and raised in Lagos State, Nigeria, Peperonie grew up with his parents, Benson and Esther Emoghene and six siblings.

When Peperonie was younger, he attended Police children school Ikeja, where he completed his primary education. He then attended Logos comprehensive college Maryland for his secondary school education where he discovered his music talent. At Logos Peperonie and 3 other classmates came together to form a rap group called the young christian rappers (YCR). The group was well known for perfoming gospel rap music in school events and parties. The YCR also performed at churches, Talent hunt and other schools around Ikeja area. Unfortunately they had to split up due to financial difficulties and one of the group core memeber tranferring from Logos to another secondary school.




After Secondary school Peperonie decided to porsue his education to a higher level and eventually left the music scene. His parent decided to send him to the united kingdom for his higher education where he studied accounting at the University of Gloucestershire and earned his first degree.

MUSIC CAREER

Peperonie draws inspiration from the Afro Hip-Hop stars such as 2face, P-Square, D'Banj and the like. He is currently under Dream Muzik, one of Africa's biggest labels, and his debut single titled "Omoge" is a song for the clubs which is meant to make you dance. His video is expected to drop soon.
